How OTWaitlist works for clinics. These terms cover clinics that list with us or claim a listing. Families are covered by our terms and privacy policy.

What OTWaitlist is
OTWaitlist is a directory that helps Australian families find paediatric occupational therapy clinics and see which clinics have indicated they can take new clients. We are not a clinical service and we don't provide health advice, diagnose, treat, or recommend a clinic over another. Listing your clinic is free.
Enquiries from families
When a family completes an enquiry and asks us to pass their details to your clinic, we share that enquiry with you. This is a contact request the family chose to send — it is not a referral, and we make no claim about the family's suitability or funding. You decide whether your service is a fit and respond to the family directly.
Opening an enquiry reveals the family's contact details. The first 3 enquiries you open are free. After that, each opened enquiry is $75 (AUD, including GST where applicable). You are only charged for enquiries you choose to open — never for being listed, and never per referral or per NDIS plan.
Featured listing (optional)
A featured listing is an optional subscription of $149 per month. It includes a “Sponsored” label on your listing and 3 opened enquiries included each month (after which the usual $75 per opened enquiry applies). Unused included enquiries do not roll over.
A featured listing does not change your position in search results or which clinics we show or match to families. Ordering on OTWaitlist is never sold. The “Sponsored” label is shown so families can see the listing is a paid placement.
Billing
Charges are collected by direct debit (BECS) from the bank account you set up. Per-enquiry charges are debited after you open an enquiry; featured subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel a featured subscription at any time from your clinic dashboard, and it will not renew for the next month. Cancelling does not refund the current month, and you keep access until the period ends.
Your listing
Information on your listing is self-reported or drawn from public registers, and is shown as “listed”, “self-reported” or “last checked” — not as verified or endorsed by us. You can claim your listing to keep your availability current, or ask us to correct or remove it at any time via contact.
Advertising and conduct
OTWaitlist does not publish testimonials, ratings, or comparative claims about clinics, in line with AHPRA's advertising guidance. We don't pay or charge for referrals, and we don't offer inducements to refer. If anything here is unclear, please get in touch.
