892 OT listings checked NDIS status listed Free for families Updated 25 June 2026

How we check our data

OTWaitlist is a free directory that helps Australian parents find paediatric occupational therapy clinics. It is operated by Datalis Pty Ltd, a small business based in Brisbane. This page explains where our listings come from, what the availability labels mean, and the honest limits of the information you see.

Where listings come from

We build our listings from a few public sources:

  • The public NDIS Commission register of providers.
  • Clinics' own public websites, gathered by automated discovery.
  • Details that clinics confirm directly with us by email.

Most of what you read on a listing is self-reported by the clinic or drawn from these public sources.

What availability means

Each listing shows an availability status and the date it was last checked. The status is one of:

  • Taking new clients — the clinic has told us, or its own site shows, it is open to new enquiries.
  • Short, medium or long waitlist — the clinic has a wait, with the rough length where we have it.
  • Closed — the clinic is not taking new clients at the moment.
  • Unconfirmed — we have not been able to confirm the status recently, so treat it as a starting point only.

The "last checked" date tells you how recent the information is. Where we have not been able to confirm a clinic's status recently, we mark it as "unconfirmed" rather than guess.

The honest limits

We want you to use this site with clear eyes about what it can and can't tell you:

  • Most details are self-reported by clinics or drawn from public sources, and are not independently verified by us.
  • Availability changes often. Always confirm directly with the clinic before relying on what you see here for your child's care.
  • OTWaitlist does not diagnose, treat, or recommend, and is not a substitute for advice from your GP, paediatrician, or treating clinician.

How a clinic can correct or claim its listing

If you run a clinic and something on your listing is wrong or out of date, we want to fix it. You can:

  • Report incorrect details through our contact form, and we will update or remove the listing.
  • Claim your listing for free from your own clinic page, so you can keep your availability current.

Clinics can also request takedown of their listing at any time.

OTWaitlist provides general information about NDIS-aligned paediatric occupational therapy clinics. We're not a clinic and don't provide medical advice. Always speak directly with a qualified OT or GP about your child's specific needs.
